Contour Airlines to resume Baltimore flights and launch Fort Lauderdale route from Macon

Contour Airlines said flights between Middle Georgia Regional Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Airport will resume from June 9, alongside the introduction of new nonstop services to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on the same date.

Baltimore services will operate daily, with additional frequencies on selected days, marking the return of a route previously operated by the airline. The Fort Lauderdale service is being introduced to meet demand for leisure travel, particularly to Florida’s beaches and cruise ports.

Contour said the expansion reflects growing demand in the Macon market and forms part of its broader strategy to strengthen regional connectivity by adding both business and leisure destinations.
