CDB Aviation has delivered a second Boeing 737-8 aircraft to South Korea’s T'way Air, as the carrier continues its fleet renewal programme.
The aircraft, configured with 189 single-class economy seats and powered by CFM LEAP-1B27 engines, brings the number of 737-8s leased from CDB Aviation to two. The delivery is intended to support T’way’s efforts to improve operational efficiency and expand its regional network.
CDB Aviation said the transaction reflects ongoing demand for new-generation narrowbody aircraft in the Asia-Pacific market, while T’way added that the aircraft would help enhance efficiency and support more sustainable operations as it grows its international footprint.
