Cathay Pacific Airways has resolved a dispute with the Hong Kong Aircrew Officers Association, which has avoided a work-to-rule action protest scheduled to be held over the holiday period.
The pilot union has apparently accepted an offer from Cathay Pacific and recommended it to the unions for a vote late Friday. The pilots had asked for a 30% pay raise over four years from 2010 to 2014.
