Air India is expected to finalise a $500m bridge loan for the first batch of four new 787 aircraft today. The loan will be repaid using a sale-leaseback structure with an unidentified party.
The carrier has already bridge financing in place for the first two aircraft but will take delivery of five more 787s by December.
