Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has appointed Benoît Rollier as Vice President of KLM Engine Services, effective April 1, 2026.

Rollier succeeds Martijn de Vries, who has taken on the role of Senior Vice President Commercial within the organisation.

Rollier joins the position with experience across engineering and maintenance, supply chain and finance within KLM. He most recently served as Vice President Engineering for KLM and as chief executive and managing director of Spairliners, a joint venture with Lufthansa Technik.

Anne Brachet, Executive Vice President of Air France–KLM Engineering & Maintenance, said Rollier’s “broad experience” and understanding of the organisation would support the continued development of engine services.

Mathieu Essenberg, Executive Vice President of KLM Engineering & Maintenance, said Rollier’s appointment would help strengthen the company’s engine maintenance capabilities.

AFI KLM E&M is a maintenance, repair and overhaul provider employing more than 13,000 staff and supporting around 3,000 aircraft operated by 200 airlines worldwide.
