AerCap reports full-year 2025 results

AerCap has reported a net income of $3.75bn, or $21.30 per share, for full-year 2025. For fourth-quarter 2025, the lessor reported a net income of $633 million, or $3.79 per share.

Total revenues were up 7% to $8.5bn in the year, while fourth-quarter revenues were up 8% to $2.2bn. 

Lease revenues totalled $7.4bn in the year, up 5%, and up 11% to $1.9bn for the quarter. 

The company generated a cash flow of $5.4bn for the year and $1.2bn for the quarter. 

The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, with payments set for March 19, 2026. 

The company said leasing expenses $380 million in the fourth quarter, which included $13 million of maintenance rights amortization expenses. This was higher than usual due to the restructuring of Spirit Airlines, AerCap said. 

For full-year 2026, the company has projected $1.7bn in net income and an adjusted net income of $2bn.

Revenues are guided to total $7.6bn and expenses are expected to total $5.8bn. Pre-tax income is expected to be $1.8bn. 

As of the end of the year, the company had an adjusted debt of $41.1bn and adjusted equity of $18.3bn. Adjusted debt to equity ratio was 2.11x at the end of 2025.
