ZeroAvia has been awarded nine new patents this year so far, the company shared on July 17, 2025. The company said many of these are “critical” to the company's roadmap for scaling hydrogen-electric engines for large regional aircraft.
The company has now been granted a total of 45 patents related to hydrogen and electric aviation systems.
