Wizz Air has resumed flights to Tel Aviv, Israel, a month ahead of its original plan, the company said on July 9, 2025. Flights will resume August 8, instead of September 15.
“Our early return to Tel Aviv demonstrates our commitment to our loyal Israeli passengers and to keeping the world connected,” said Wizz Air corporate communications manager Olivia Harangozo.
Out of the 24 routes 11 countries offered by the airline connecting to Tel Aviv, 10 routes to eight countries will commence earlier than planned, while the remaining will commence September 15.
Wizz Air will connect Budapest and Larnaca with Tel Aviv from August 8, as well as Abu Dhabi and London Luton in August 15 and August 22, respectively. From September 1, Wizz Air will connect Vienna, Bucharest, Ias, Rome, Milan, and Sofia with the city.
