Doug Winter has been appointed head of sales for AWAS. Previously Winter was senior vice president & region manager in Middle East, Africa & Russia/CIS at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS). Prior to GECAS, Doug spent 12 years at McDonnell Douglas where he held sales and contract roles.
