Willis Towers Watson partners with AviAssist

Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company has agreed a  partnership with AviAssist in Africa, an independent non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting aviation safety in Africa.

Simon Knechtli, Executive Director, Aerospace, Willis Towers Watson, said “We are delighted to deepen and formalise our relationship with the AviAssist Foundation which is dedicated to promoting aviation safety in Africa by increasing access to expertise and training across this great continent.

With a global network of 280+ aviation experts across 45 locations worldwide, Willis Towers Watson has strong partnerships with airlines and aviation companies of all sizes across Africa and it is exciting to further commit to supporting this organisation through insights and training for the Foundation’s membership and event delegates”

Commenting on the signature of this partnership agreement, Tom Kok, Director of AviAssist said, “This partnership enables us to empower ever more safety champions throughout Africa. We will be focusing an important part of this support in our hub in Rwanda from where we centre our aviation safety promotion at our first AviAssist Safety Promotion Centre.
