Oliver Tebbit, Aviation Finance Partner at Watson Farley & Williams, has relocated from Dubai to London.
Tebbit has almost 20 years’ experience in asset finance transactions, joining WFW in 2016 to launch the firm’s Middle East aviation practice. In the years since, Tebbit has developed a strong client base in the Middle East region and beyond, particularly in the corporate jets space, and has grown the team from two to six lawyers, including recently promoted partner, Dhruv Paul. This move marks the expansion of our global corporate jet offering, with Tebbit continuing to work alongside Dhruv to serve clients in the Middle East and Asia, and now on-the-ground to focus on the European corporate jet practice.
Tebbit advises financiers, airlines, government entities, owners and operators on a range of cross border transaction structures covering all types of aircraft.
Global Aviation Sector Co-Head, Jim Bell commented: “Since joining WFW, Oliver has been an important and valued member of the global Aviation team, leading both the Middle East aviation practice and the firm’s corporate jet practice. We are thrilled he is joining us in London, where he will continue developing our European offering in the corporate jets market and wider aviation finance space”.
Tebbit added: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time in Dubai, particularly working at WFW and helping the team grow in both reputation and stature. Going forward, I am excited to be moving to London to promote our corporate jets expertise to a wider geographic coverage”.
