Waypoint Leasing (Ireland) has closed a lease agreement with Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company (VNH South), a wholly owned subsidiary of Vietnam Helicopter Corporation (VHC), for one AW189 helicopter, which will support Premier Oil offshore operations from Vung Tau, Vietnam.
