AerData, the Amstterdam/Nettherlands-based software provider for aircraft asset managers has announced that Waviatech, which it acquired a majority stake in August, will be rebranded to AerData (UK) Ltd. Waviatech is the developer and supplier of the STREAM Digital Aircraft Records software and dedicated records Scanning Services.
Paul van Tool, managing director of AerData said: “AerData is the name under which our innovative software and services for the aviation industry will be marketed. Following on from last year’s acquisition of Waviatech, we are now in the process of integrating the product and services suites. STREAM and the Records Scanning Services are key to this strategy. Hence, we took the decision to rebrand our UK-based operation as AerData also.”
He adds: “AerData will continue to serve its clients from both locations, Amsterdam and Gatwick, with the booard comprised of management from both offices”
