Watson Farley & Williams has announced that aviation finance and leasing specialist Philip Jackmauh is joining the firm as Senior Counsel in New York City on March 16.
Jackmauh has over three decades’ experience negotiating, structuring, and managing complex, cross-border commercial aircraft financing and leasing transactions. He was previously General Counsel at AWAS prior to joining DAE Capital following its acquisition of AWAS. He also held a senior in-house legal role at Pegasus Aviation in San Francisco prior to its acquisition by AWAS.
