Vmo Aircraft Leasing has appointed Dawne S. Hickton as an independent member of the Board of Directors.

Hickton currently serves as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Cumberland Additive, an innovative 3-D printing technology company that caters to the space, defense and aerospace markets. Prior to Cumberland Additive, Hickton was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Critical Mission Solutions (CMS) division of Jacobs Engineering Group. In 2019, she stepped off the Jacobs Board to lead the CMS business.
Prior to Jacobs, Hickton was Chief Executive Officer of RTI International Metals.

Hickton’s extensive resume includes her prior roles as Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the Aerospace Industries Association, Washington and as Director and Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
