Viva Aerobus has launched daily flights from Los Cabos to Cancun with an express stopover in Toluca.
The new route gives passengers access to two"iconic beach destinations", the airline said, after the first flight landed on May 18.
Low-cost airline Viva has announced five new routes in Baja California in 2023, from Los Cabos to Cancún, Ciudad Juárez, Querétaro and Toluca; and from La Paz to Mazatlán. The additions take it to 13 routes in the northern Mexico region.
“Receiving this new flight fills us with pride in Los Cabos, as it shows the significant growth that the destination is having among national travelers who are attracted by the exclusive offer of high-profile accommodations and experiences that allows us to expand the network of connection with the central and Caribbean zone of the country by the hand of key players such as Viva Aerobus”, said Rodrigo Esponda, director of the Los Cabos Tourism Trust.
