UK-based London Legalisation Services (LLS), a provider of legalisation and consular services, has been officially rebranded as Vistra.
With the integration of LLS, Vistra UK now offers a complete range of tailored services to both individuals and corporates.
The services include legalisation of documents and other corporate and commercial legal and compliance services, to helping UK or international companies set up local businesses or expand overseas.
The firm will provide fund administration support for alternative investments, as well as safeguarding and managing personal and family wealth.
