Vistara has recently announced new routes on both domestic and international sectors.
Vistara recently received its final Boeing 787 Dreamliner from its order book and the airline is all set to deploy the B787 on its newly launched Mumbai to Heathrow route. With this route, Vistara has become the second Indian airline after Air India to fly non-stop between Mumbai and London.
The route will be operated five times a week on the new Boeing 787-Dreamliner.
“We are excited to launch direct connectivity between Mumbai and London – a historically significant route for trade, business, and leisure alike,” commented Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer, Vistara. “While Mumbai is the financial capital of India, London holds critical importance in the global financial world while also being a popular destination for travel and tourism from India.”
In addition to this new international service, the airline has also announced a new domestic route between Agartala and Bengaluru starting for August, 2023.
Currently this route is serviced non-stop only by Akasa Air.
