Virgin Atlantic has followed up on its recently-acquired membership of the SkyTeam alliance by launching codeshare with Korean Air for flights between London Heathrow and Seoul Incheon.
The agreement, which kicks off with a March 25th flight, is to be widened in June to take in more destinations in Asia and the Pacific region.
“Virgin Atlantic customers can benefit from its extensive route network, that will offer more choice throughout Asia and Australasia," said Juha Jarvinen, chief commercial officer at Virgin Atlantic.
“Our Flying Club members can enjoy SkyPriority benefits at both London Heathrow and Seoul Incheon as well as earning and redeeming miles across Korean Air’s network," Jarvinen added.
