Vinson & Elkins has promoted New York counsel Demi Hueth to partner, effective January 1, 2026.
Hueth's practice focuses on aviation, including corporate financings, asset-backed financings, structured financing, asset-backed securitisations, other capital markets transactions, restructurings, and joint ventures.
"Demi's promotion to partner is a testament to her dedication to our clients and demonstrated skill at handling complex aircraft financings,” said David Berkery, partner and head of the firm’s aviation finance practice.

Hueth was recently named in Airline Economics' 40 under 40 class of 2025 and received the ‘highly commended’ recognition.
The firm's aviation finance team recently brought on two other partners this year: London partner Ainsley Ierland and London finance partner Harry Upcott in September and July, respectively.
Vinson & Elkins' aviation finance platform spans London, Dublin, and New York.
