Vietjet has resumed the non-stop four weekly flights from Vietnam’s two tourism destinations of Da Lat and Can Tho to Seoul, increasing Vietjet’s total flight network between Vietnam and Korea to 12, making it the largest operator between the two countries.
Vietjet Vice President Nguyen Thanh Son said: “We are delighted to be the only airline operating direct services between Da Lat, Can Tho and Seoul on cost-effective and time-saving flights. The direct connectivity will bring flyers from Vietnam’s Central Highlands and Mekong Delta regions to Seoul, Asia’s famous destination and major transport hubs.”
Vietjet has also started a new route from Nha Trang to the capital Astana (Kazakhstan) besides the Nha Trang - Almaty route.
Vietjet is connecting eight direct routes from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Da Lat and Can Tho to Seoul, plus four direct routes from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Nha Trang to Busan.
Besides, VietJet kicked off the new year with operations commencing on its new-generation A321 aircraft with 240 seat configuration and increased fuel efficiency. The airline claims that the aircraft will help in increasing transportation along with achieving sustainable initiatives.
