David Brookes has joined Vedder Price’s Global Transportation Finance practice as Partner in its London office.
Brookes has significant experience in banking and corporate lending and asset finance, especially applicable to the shipping and offshore sectors. He acts on behalf of banks, financial institutions, shipping companies and other corporations on a wide range of financial transactions, including structured finance and leasing, syndicated and bilateral loans, and debt capital markets, as well as sale and purchase, ship registrations and joint ventures.
