VAH appoints General Counsel

Voyager Aviation Holdings (VAH) has appointed Lisa McCarthy as its General Counsel.

McCarthy brings 15 years of legal counsel experience in aviation financing and leasing to VAH. Most recently, McCarthy was with the law firm of Hunton Andrews Kurth in New York, with her focus on aircraft finance matters. Prior to this role, she served as the General Counsel of Global Jet Capital. While there, McCarthy had an expansive focus on international aircraft leasing transactions. At the start of her aviation career, Ms. McCarthy was the Senior Counsel for the Corporate Aircraft division at GE Capital with her concentration primarily on domestic aircraft financing.
