Several airlines in the US and Europe have cancelled flights to Tel Aviv due to the escalating conflict in Israel.
British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Iberia and Lufthansa have cancelled flights to Tel Aviv, with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines and American Airlines also cancelling flights.
"The safety and security of our colleagues and customers is always our top priority, and we continue to monitor the situation closely," British Airways said after cancelling its flights to and from Tel Aviv today (May 13).
Wizz Air has delayed its Thursday flight from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv until Friday. Flydubai said it was continuing to operate daily flights from Dubai to Tel Aviv.
easyJet has not yet cancelled its next flights to Tel Aviv – May 16 – but says that it continues to monitor the situation.
El Al, the Israeli national airline, said flights would continue to operate as scheduled.
