On 30 March, TUI Group closed a JOLCO financing of one new 737-800 (msn 41662) aircraft to be operated by TUIfly in Germany. NBB acted as equity arranger, BBAM as lease arranger, while Credit Agricole CIB acted as senior debt arranger, debt underwriter, swap provider, facility agent and security trustee.
