IAG cuts its full-year profit guidance after first-half loss while we look at a CDS comparison

TUI has partnered with Oman Air to add a new digital holiday packages integrated into Oman Air's own platform. The partnership agreement was signed on March 3, 2025.
From summer, Oman Air customers can book holiday packages across the airline's network.
“This partnership will provide travellers with a unique opportunity to explore the beautiful and promising country of Oman, as well as destinations around the world, supported by Oman Air's exceptional service,” said TUI markets + airline CEO David Schelp. "Both TUI and Oman Air will reach new customer segments and generate additional revenue."
Oman Air chief commercial officer Michael Rutter commented: “Designed for those who seek the assurance of a complete package holiday, our platform will provide unmatched convenience, quality, and affordability, along with the safety and security requirements specific to each destination.”
TUI also partners with airlines such as Ryanair and easyJet to fly its package holidays.
During TUI's earnings call for the fourth quarter of 2024, TUI group CEO Sebastian Ebel said: “I don’t want to give profit numbers on partners with whom we fly, but be reassured that any incremental business is very positive to profitability. The more customers we get, the better it is for our assets.”
The company's partnerships enable it to offer packages on routes that TUI may not be able to fill on their own aircraft.
