TrueNoord announces senior appointments at Amsterdam office

Regional aircraft lessor TrueNoord has appointed four new managers to its Amsterdam Office, expanding its senior leadership across its finance, transaction, and technical teams.

Appointments include two newly hired technical managers, Jonathan Garzon and Jesus Cardenas, bringing over 18 years of combined experience, AerCap and JLPS Ireland alum Emma Foudy as transaction and lease manager, and industry veteran Nanne de Jong as receivables manager.

Garzon previously served as technical consultant at Boeing subsidiary AerData, as well as technical services team Lead at Aircraft Digital Company and fleet management engineer at Avianca.

Cardenas, an aeronautical engineer, joins TrueNoord from TU Delft’s aerospace engineering department, where he obtained an MSc in aerospace engineering. His previous experience includes over five years at the Central Bank of Mexico, overseeing the continued airworthiness of three regional aircraft.

Foudy holds over six years’ experience in contract management and aircraft leasing, while de Jong has worked in financial services for almost 20 years, including seven years at DVB Bank and BMW Group. De Jong’s expertise spans across aviation finance and the financial services sector.

In a statement shared by the lessor, CEO Anne-Bart Tieleman said: “We are fortunate to have succeeded in developing a strong and stable team at all levels of the company, but our growth requires additional team members to ensure that we continue to deliver the level of expert service we’re known for. I’m very pleased to welcome Nanne, Emma, Jesus and Jonnathan to the team and know that their experience and insights will be invaluable as TrueNoord continues to move forward.”
