TrueAero has promoted Anna Paugh and Ross O’Kane to senior leadership roles as the aviation services company strengthens its commercial and operational functions.
Paugh has been appointed senior vice president, head of USM (used serviceable material), where she will oversee USM materials, sales and product line teams. Chief executive Karl Drusch said she had “consistently demonstrated strong execution and leadership” and would help drive “continued growth and performance”.
O’Kane has been named senior vice president, head of global marketing, taking responsibility for brand strategy, market positioning and commercial alignment. Drusch said O’Kane “understands how marketing in commercial aviation drives global growth” and would “continue to strengthen our brand and industry value”.
The appointments come as TrueAero looks to align its commercial and operational capabilities more closely across its business.
TrueAero is a U.S.-based diversified aviation services company that provides asset management, leasing, technical services and aftermarket materials, including used serviceable parts, to airlines, maintenance providers and financial institutions. The company focuses on mid- to end-of-life aircraft and engine solutions.
