Aircraft parts supplier TransDigm Group has stated that its fiscal first-quarter revenue and adjusted earnings have surpassed analysts' expectations even though the company lost $10.2 million, or 19 cents per share, during the quarter ended January 1. The results compares with a year-earlier profit of $445,000, or a penny per share.
