AFI KLM E&M and Transavia have signed a long-term contract organizing component support for the low cost airline’s fleet of Boeing 737-800s operating from France. The support covers Transavia’s’ existing fifteen 737-800s and six 737-800s scheduled for delivery to the airline in 2015.
The service offer developed by AFI KLM E&M includes repair, overhaul and maintenance services as well as access to a dedicated spares pool.
Patrick Niveau, Technical Director of Transavia in France said: “Transavia was looking for a supplier of MRO services in France able to give guarantees in terms of maintenance support performance and component availability. With its personalized solutions, AFI KLM E&M was able to adapt to our requirements.”
