A Thai Airways aircraft travelling to Brisbane from Bangkok diverted to Bali after a suspected leak was detected on the right engine of the 787aircraft.
Before landing at Bali, the aircraft dumped fuel. Upon landing safely, the passengers deplaned and taken to hotels near the airport. A second aircraft was sent to Denpasar to pick up the passengers and take them to Brisbane. There was a total delay of 37 hours.
