Thai Airways has exited its restructuring after receiving approval from the Thai Central Bankruptcy Court, the company said on June 16, 2025. The airline said it will relist on the Thai stock exchange in early August.
The airline said in a statement that it had requested to terminate its business rehabilitation process on April 28, 2025.
The company's board will resume full authority and responsibility for managing the company's business and assets.
Thai entered the process in 2020 to resolve around $12bn of debt, but has since improved its financial position and revenue streams.
