Following an aggressive expansion plan this year, Thai AirAsia's (TAA) is planning to growth next year to strengthen its organisation and address resource weaknesses.
The no-frills carrier of Malaysia's AirAsia will open fewer new routes and will add only two new aircraft to free up time and resources to improve overall service quality and enhancing employees' skills to support future growth more effectively.
