TAP has resumed flights from Lisbon to Porto Alegre, the capital of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, on April 1, 2025.
The resumption comes after flights were paused after the heavy rains in the area in May last year.
“We had promised that we would make every effort to get this route operating again as soon as possible,” said TAP CEO Luis Rodrigues. “Here we are, ready to reconnect this state to Europe.”
The route will be operated three times per week, with its A330-900neo aircraft.
