The Airbus A350 prototype currently conducting route-proving trials before certification, arrived in Santiago de Chile and Sao Paolo as part of its “world tour”.
LATAM Group member TAM Airlines will be the first airline in the Americas and the fourth in the world to receive and operate the A350-900 XWB. TAM has ordered 27 A350s, which are expected to be delivered between the end of 2015 and 2019.
