Talent Check 2021 Survey: Supporting aviation talent through the crisis

2020 has been an unprecedented year for us all but the aviation industry has been particularly hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic. As businesses strive to cut costs to survive the health crisis, different business are dealing with this in different ways. While we are all aware of the actions airlines have taken, banks and leasing companies for the most part have been able to keep their people, for now.

However, what will this look like heading into 2021 and beyond?

Airline Economics and Horizon Executive Search International are interested to see how the industry views the market moving into 2021, specifically in terms of its personnel requirements. For the fifth year running, Airline Economics has launched a comprehensive talent check of the aviation industry, in conjunction with Horizon Executive Search International Ltd.

We appreciate you taking the time to take part and sharing your views on talent and recruitment in the industry. The results will be shared in Airline Economics magazine Issue 59, which will be published in January 2021.

Respondents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw for a special prize.
