After what cabin crew representatives said were "tough negotiations", Swiss International Airlines (SWISS) said it would raise the starting salary for crew to CHF 4,000 a month.
Kapers, the crew's union, said it would put the deal, which includes a commitment to raise other crew salaries by 4%, to a vote of its members.
SWISS chief executive Dieter Vranckx said he was "very pleased" a deal was agreed, though SWISS said it would cost about CHF 100 million over the next five years.
