Sunwing Airlines has extended its components support contract for its four new Boeing 737-800s with AFI KLM E&M. The agreement includes the repair and overhaul of components on Sunwing's four new Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft, with pool access and the provision of a Main Base Kit in Toronto.
Satisfaction in terms of quality of performance and service delivered by AFI KLM E&M was a decisive factor for Sunwing Airlines. The two companies have established excellent relationships at all levels under their contract, which was previously renewed in 2011. Mark Williams, President of Sunwing Airlines, said: "AFI KLM E&M has demonstrated its support capacity and I am very pleased to continue our partnership". Marek Grzesiowski, Vice President for Maintenance & Engineering at Sunwing Airlines, added: "we decided to renew our current contract, basing ourselves on the level of service, quality and flexibility of AFI KLM E&M".
Fabrice Defrance, Senior Vice President Commercial AFI KLM E&M, said: "We are delighted to continue our relationship with Sunwing, which has become a preferred partner.
