Suckling Airways, which was acquired by Loganair earlier this year, will be managed by Loganair chief executive David Harrison who will replace co-founder and managing director Merlyn Suckling when he steps down at the end of the year. Suckling will remain as a non-executive director.
Harrison and Loganair chairman Scott Grier have joined the board of Suckling Airways.
Chief pilot Captain Dave Knight will take on the new position of operations director, with commercial manager Jerry Froggett promoted to commercial director.
