The Board of Airline Representatives in Germany (BARIG) has appointed law firm Stenger Rechtsanwälte as a new business partner in the field of legal, advocate and notary.
Stenger Rechtsanwälte is a specialist in aviation law, focusing on legal disputes concerning the rights of air passengers and assisting in the settlement of conflicts with arbitration boards or the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). Its team can also offer legal advice on the establishment of German subsidiaries by foreign airlines, issues around employment and real estate, and cyber security.
