Standard Chartered Aviation Finance (SCAF) head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for its aviation finance business Will McCallum will be joining BOC Aviation from April 2 as head of airline leasing & sales, Europe and Africa. McCallum had spent 15 years in service at Standard Chartered.
In a LinkedIn post, McCallum said that it also marked the end of his garden leave period, following the sale of Standard Chartered's aircraft leasing business Pembroke to Saudi Arabian lessor AviLease. ""I wish the AviLease team, and my former colleagues in Standard Chartered Aviation Finance (whether in AviLease or pastures new), all the best,"" said McCallum in a LinkedIn post.
McCallum noted that his garden leave period had begun in December 2023, following the acquisition completion.
