Split Rock Aviation has appointed Steve Welo as a partner, he joins the firm from At R.W. Pressprich
In his previous position Welo gained experience arranging debt and equity financings, aircraft sales and restructuring assignments - including a structured portfolio sale of 18 mid-life aircraft.
