Southwest Airlines is to start operating two more non-stop summer routes to Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC, from July 11.
The daily flights from Memphis and Albany will run until September 4, the carrier said, meaning it will be operating 47 departures a day to 19 cities for the two months,
“The additional slots that became available for this upcoming summer will allow Southwest to bring the benefits of competition, convenience, and our best-in-class service by linking more cities nonstop with Washington, DC ,” said Andrew Watterson, chief operating officer.
