Two Southwest Airlines aircraft had a minor collision at Newark airport (EWR) on March 2 when one aircraft taxied past another and made contact with the tail wing of the parked Southwest aircraft.
The aircraft was forced to return to the gate to assess the situation. A total of 140 passengers and crew members who were on the flight were rebooked for a later flight on the same day. There were no reported injuries.
