Skyworks said it arranged the sale of two 737-800 aircraft on lease to a US network carrier on behalf of a US investor and was retained by a US financial institution to sell two A320ceo airplanes and four 737NGs on lease to United Airlines.
It was retained by a low-cost carrier to provide fleet-related advisory services, was retained by a US low-cost carrier to act as arranger and advisor with respect to pre-delivery payment financing, was retained by a Latin American network carrier to provide fleet-related advisory services and was retained by an Asia-Pacific network carrier to provide similar services.
The company said it provided fleet-related advisory services to a North American low-cost carrier, regarding a prospective aircraft order, advised Spirit Airlines in connection with sale and leaseback financing of its 2024 A320neo deliveries, and advised on engine sourcing for Airbus A320neo and Embraer E2 aircraft to an EMEA [Europe, Middle East, Africa] flag carrier.
