Skyworks arranges lease-purchase for one B767-300ER aircraft

Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association, as Owner Trustee on behalf of a U.S. based investor, has entered into a lease-purchase transaction for one B767-300ER aircraft (s/n 26470) with SkyGreece AirlinesS.A. The aircraft was previously operated by Martinair Holland. After delivery earlier this year, the aircraft was inducted for an S4C-check at MNG Technic in Istanbul, which has now been completed. It is the first aircraft acquired by start-up SkyGreece Airlines, who intends to commence scheduled direct services between various North American cities and Athens, Greece, in the spring/summer of 2014. Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP acted for SkyGreece and Vedder Price P.C. for the sellers. The transaction was arranged by SkyWorks Leasing, LLC.
