Japanese eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing) aircraft developer SkyDrive has commenced production of its SKYDRIVE SD-05 craft at Suzuki’s facility in Shizuoka, Japan.

SkyDrive plans to demonstrate its aircraft, which is currently in the process of acquiring its Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) certification, at the upcoming Expo 2025 in Osaka.
