Skyco funds two 737-800s

In January 2019, Skyco International Financial Leasing (Skyco) closed the commercial financing of two B737-800 aircraft bearing MSN 39815 and 39818 respectively, both on lease to PT Lion Mentari Airlines (Lionair).

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) acted as mandated lead arranger. The Korea Development Bank (KDB) acted as arranger. CACIB also acted as agent and security agent.

Skyco, the aircraft leasing associate of Guangdong Airport Authority, was advised by King and Wood Mallesons while the finance parties were advised by Herbert Smith Freehills. William Fry acted as its Irish counsel and Mourant as Cayman counsel. JunHe acted as PRC counsel and Mochtar Karuwin Komar as Indonesian counsel to the financiers. Lionair was represented by Stephenson Harwood. Watson Farley & Williams advised Skyco on the French law aspects of the transaction.
