ARSA asks Supreme Court to intervene on ICA availability

Max Pearson, an award-winning BBC journalist, suffered a heart attack on board a Singapore Airlines flight, leaving him with long-term heart damage after being forced to endure a 14-hour flight in cardiac arrest when the pilot to refuse to make an emergency landing.
Pearson was returning to London from Tokyo. After boarding a connecting flight in Singapore, soon after the plane took off, Pearson was struck by a heart attack. UK newspaper, The Daily Mail has reported that claimed cabin crew refused requests to re-route the plane so he could receive urgent medical attention. Upon landing in London, Pearson was rushed by ambulance to hospital for life-saving emergency surgery.
