SIA Engineering Company has signed a comprehensive services agreement with Singapore Airlines and its low-cost subsidiary, Scoot. The agreement supersedes the previous services agreement entered into the airlines in April 2023.
The new agreements are effective from April 1, 2025 for a two year term, with an option to extend for a further period of one year. Collectively, and over the two year term, the agreements are expected to yield a total labour revenue of S$1.3bn ($1bn).
The agreements cover a broad spectrum of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and fleet management support services.
